Schedule an Editing Session

After teaching high-school formal, academic, creative and research writing for 18 years, Mrs. Garrett developed a well-trained eye for editing and created a simple way to offer edits and feedback. Schedule an editing session by choosing either proofreading or content editing, pay the deposit, and email your document as a Google Doc with editing privileges to spurringonwriting@gmail.com. Mrs. Garrett will check your document length and content and then contact you with a price estimate before editing.

Proofreading
$20/per 1000 words or less (1000 words = apx. 3 pages 12-point font double-spaced) 

Checks for correct formatting, typos, basic errors, grammar and punctuation

Content Editing

$30/per 1000 words or less (1000 words = apx. 3 pages 12-point font double-spaced)

Proofreading PLUS suggesting content changes & improvements
